Our Story
Todd and Ellen both moved to St Croix in 2017. They met through a love of football and were thrown together by a twist of fate named Maria. The rebuilding of the island made both know they wanted to become part of the downtown Christiansted community by providing a fun place for families and kids to eat, laugh and shop.
Todd is an accomplished chef and is anxious to showcase his classic deli sandwiches and traditional meats, cheeses, soups, and salads.
Ellen has been in sales and marketing with Procter and Gamble and brings to the table all Dem Tings you don’t know you need! Both are extremely grateful to be part of this beautiful island family.
From November to May we participate in Christiansted’s Art Thursday. Taking place every third Thursday we house three local artists and provide St Croix Animal Welfare Center a chance to show off puppies and raise some much needed funding.
